Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order.

Cancellation Requests

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Include your order number and request for cancellation.

Because orders may be processed and shipped promptly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be successful after an order has entered processing or shipment.

Orders That Have Not Shipped

If your cancellation request is received before your order has been processed for shipment, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.

If the cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

At that point, any applicable refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
